The Situational Judgement Test (SJT) assesses judgement in work related situations.
Each year many candidates fail the Situational Judgement Test tests due to lack of awareness of the types of questions to expect and time management skills required to complete the test in the given time period.
Our Situational Judgement Test practice exercises offer you the opportunity to practice for the Canadian government second language exam under examination conditions before taking the real SJT tests.
The SJT test presents a number of challenging situations that an employee might encounter at work.
These situations may include managing conflicts, serving clients, and dealing with ethical issues. Each situation is followed by five possible actions that one might take in response to the problem described.
You are asked to select one alternative that you think is the most effective in dealing with the problem described in each situation and one alternative that you think is the least effective.
The Situational Judgement Test - SJT has 102 questions and you will have 140 minutes (2 hrs 20 min) to answers the questions.
The pass mark for most selection processes is 62/102.
