Are you experiencing difficulties to access the practice tests ?
Please check the following before contacting support:
- If you are an active Regular or Premium Member: logout, clear your browser (clear all history) then login again.
- If you are an active Regular Member, you cannot access the Premium Membership pages & features (Shuffle questions/answers, Learning Mode, etc.). You need to upgrade to Premium.
- If you are an active Regular or Premium Member and still unable to have access, kindly send us the following information so that we can troubleshoot the issue:
1. The name /title of the test that you are unable to access.
2. URL/web address of the error page.
- If you have only a Free Account, you cannot access the paid pages (Regular/Premium). You need to upgrade your Membership.
- If your paid membership has expired, you cannot access the paid pages (Regular/Premium). You need to upgrade/renew your Membership.
